ABOUT ME

I graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology (Honours). I am member of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists and the American Psychological Association.  I previously provided professional therapeutic services  in Barbados and I am currently in private practice in Trinidad . I have also been involved in many charity initiatives throughout the Caribbean.

I am focused on improving the psychological and holistic wellness of the clients I work with and I am dedicated to providing the utmost in personalised evidenced-based interventions. My aim is to help my clients gain greater control of their lives by assisting them to develop their own internal resources and coping skills so they can function at their best.

I offer counselling for children, adolescents, adults and families.I am also experienced in providing parents skills training, co-parenting mediation, grief and bereavement counselling and treating individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
